To consider Taiwan is treated as the production center for whole world industrial parts, Hwang Long has been organizing the small but with core productive factories into a beehive production network to provide our customers various types of option parts with best Quality (Q), Cost (C), Delivery (D) service.
 
本公司成立於西元 1998 年 ， 以 CNC 專業的加工技術為基礎 ， 在台灣發展 ， 台灣是屬於全球製造最繁密的區域之一 ， 也是小型製造工廠最多的區域 ， 種類繁多 , 因而公司建立製造物流網 ， 提供全球製造各列產品的供應商.因此本公司絕非貿易商 ， 能提供專業製造及服務的供應商主要商品為機械零組件( OEM )( ODM ) 本公司主要在彈性整合客種小型製造工廠 ， 規劃設計成製造以用來形成更大型的蜂巢式服務網．製造各類型商品 ， 並擁有自己的製造技術及設備作為開發打樣之用,以提高送樣速度及製程之改善.本公司擁有強大的工作團隊及供應團隊 ， 能提供最佳的製程及品質保證.更能為客戶降低其本身的成本

我們的品質系統係依據並符合 ISO-9001 要求.為確保我方所製作之產品符合相關品質要求,相關文件將以書面作業並適當留存.以求符合客戶之規格及協議 .
我們的品質系統提供適時之檢測及製程能力分析並允許作業人員得於製程中發現特性變更時,得以適時修正.相關品質文件如有需要時,會於交樣時,初次量產時,或大量生產時依規定提出 .

Our Quality system is to follow ISO-9001 Definition and has established written procedures in order to maintain quality control which will provide assurance that the products manufactured by us meet all requirements of the customer's specifications or agreement.

Our quality system provides us with real time inspection and monitoring capabilities and allows the operator to know instantaneously when a key characteristic is changing. The relative documents will be included if needed when the samples made, the first production run or pilot shipment delivered.
